BILT. Builders Merchants is an independent, family-run business based in the South East of Kent. From our New Romney store, we supply hundreds of different products to builders and budding DIYers alike. You can explore everything from sheet materials, DIY tools and timber to decorative stone, fencing and bulk aggregates, plus much more – opting for either in-store collection or express delivery.

We’ve been operating since November 2019, and in that time, have built an excellent reputation – particularly amongst local tradespeople and homeowners. Before BILT. came to New Romney, there was a high demand for building materials after a major chain builders merchants closed down in the area. This left local trades people and DIYers with limited options to purchase what they needed. Now, customers far and wide rely on us for their supplies, and we consider ourselves a key pillar of the community.

We were builders ourselves so are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about stocking the best quality products and brands on the UK market. We’ll go out of our way to make your life that little bit easier – whether you’re a busy trade customer or are undertaking a small DIY job at home.
